This came from beatmyday:
After uploading all black cover photos onto their individual fan pages just after 9 PM (CET), Swedish House Mafia announced at 11:07 PM (CET) sharp in a heartfelt message to their 3 million Facebook fans that they are about to embark on their last tour as an internationally acclaimed DJ trio. Coming as an utter shock to most fans across the globe, the aftermath of one last summer residency at Ushuaia, the landmark showcase at Milton Keynes Bowl on July 14th and a notable first homeland show at the end of the year will see Swedish House Mafia step away from the decks one final time to most likely put their efforts into further forging their paths as highly successful solo artists.
With their sixth and probably final single ‘Don’t You Worry Child‘ set for release July 16th and a second documentary on the way, Swedish House Mafia will be signing off after years of pioneering the global Dance music scene with a homecoming performance at Stockholm’s Friends Arena on November 24th.
The final leg of the Swedish House Mafia journey will be announced in August.
Update: Swedish House Mafia have announced that the interview with Sebastian Ingrosso in Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet is fictional. Stand by as we await the official reason(s). Post re-edited.

i found this: http://dannykayibiza.blogspot.it/2012/0 ... asons.htmlLoyal Swedish House Mafia fans worldwide, are asking the same question about the reports of an imminent break up.....why? The Blog can now exclusively disclose that the trio had reportabley tired of each others company as early as summer 2011. Axwell in particular, wanted to pursue a different path for SHM than Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello and felt that his contribution to the group may have been undervalued. Other decisions, including the move by Ingrosso and Angello to drop original SHM manager Amy Thopmson for Roc Nation and the late cancellation of the Privilege residency in Ibiza, led to further strains within the close working environment of the trio. When three big ego's collide, personal space behind the decks, becomes a very small and uncomfortable area to be in. Like a marriage thats not working, its best for the people concerned to leave before things get nasty. Counselling in this case did not work and it will be a sad occasion for millions of Swedish House Mafia fans worldwide as the trio depart to go their separate ways. They have proved that they are talented DJ's and producers with a Midas touch and will no doubt, go on to successful and distinguished solo careers. Reports suggest that there will be no "Farewell" party and that the contracted dates for 2012 will be the final time they will perform as a trio. Reports that it may also be an elaborate commercial hoax to drum up ticket sales and extra publicity are unlikely to be true Now i Hope Axwell has more time to express his music..if it happens house music king is back!

makes sense, and Im not sad at all, I think this really is the best way. I think Axwell has a lot more to give us as a solo artist and it was all stopped last years because of the shm..they should now finish some tracks if they have some demos, release some kind of album or ep after summer and get back to where it was. It was nice, it was too much if you aks me, all that shm hype and everything, like the baloon with too much air..suddenly - boom

finally it happened, I can not deny the fact that I am more than glad, since Axwell will now hopefully release the good tunes that he has in his case for years and will produce many more excellent songs on a more frequent basis!

I'm kinda sad to see the guys that inspired me to become a DJ are now splitting up... But it's a good thing, because finally they will "wake up" as solo artists so we will see new stuff.
But it's still sad to see such group going apart.
