Definitely no. The Melody (peeps, and stabs) are way more Pryda, if this is Cirez D, Juletider would also have been under it. It's to far away from Cirez, cause it isn't as edgy as his last projects so it does not match.

And please don't begin complaining about it is too much electro, it's 100% Pryda AND it's so old, electro wasn't even in hype there. All in all amazing production.
