Well - yes it's up to the moderator - but there aren't so many rules...
1st: you should be "part of the forum" -which actually means that your first post can't be in the prod board!
2nd: NO spamming like promoting!
3rd: only soundcloud links are allowed - if it's you own track you can make it downloadable as well...
