i agree that axwell's style of music suits me much more than SHM's, but i must say that i like both ONE and MIAMI 2 IBIZA (instrumentall version of course)

Avicii and Afrojack did smoke too at Electric Zoo.

Whatever they do on stage, the funny thing was just that it reminded me of this quite old topic about Axwell smoking...

I tried to ask him about a release date, he did not reply to my "deep in my heart" request.

He is so f***ing amazing on stage, compared to other DJ who have so much time to clap their hands, watch the crowd, and make some fake movements. Axwell is so deep in what he is doing. That makes him number one.

Armin Van Buuren was just putting his arms in cross, waiting for the crowd to admire him. I don't like that.

He's probably just in the zone! I don't smoke regularly but in the nightclub scene obviously alot of people do! You might have the odd one or two.

For your information, Axwell smoke during his set at Electric Zoo. I was pretty surprised. It didnt last very long. It was fun.

Well yes, money is def a point - they also sighed to Emi now....

But what did we expect? They are setting standarts in the House Music scene for ages now, so it was just a question of time when the big industry hits them!

What I really Hope is, that they don't get too much "Gueattalised" ....

House music gets more and more important worldwide, but the quality suffers... I would say they now have the chance to make everything better, so let's give it to them!

I really hope that Axwell will continue to do his own thing - for me he is the most talented part of the SHM!

Is the event 5th september Sensation (day party) with Axwell & Chuckie at Terrasses Bonsecours in Montreal is still planned ?
Because neither on the forum or on the my space we can see that event...

Do any one know something about this event ?

I really hope it gonna happen. I'm french and I spend my whole summer in Montréal for an internship and I couldn't be able to see neither Axwell or the SHM. Too bad...

One of the most stupidest artciles ever written and either comes from someone who has no grasp on what is required to make it as a DJ/Performer/Artist or a bitter engineer who knows how to programme a track, tweaks eq's or play a melody yet has no creativity past a certain point. Or maybe both.

There are hundreds of people out there who can play the piano yet not everyone can make a timeless song. There thousands of producers out there who can make an arrangement in their bedrooms using blocks and samples yet can't make a killer track. They are also experienced producers out there who have 000,000's of kit yet can't get a mixdown the same as a kid on a laptop. The point is, the person who can pull all this together is the creator he may just use other people to facilitate it.

It's also fair to say that making music is only 50% of being successful in this industry. There has to be a point where your music needs to be marketed or shared with thousands of people in order for a booker to bring you to their gigs.

Considering David Guetta probably had most of the ideas that GG brought to life and then plugged it into his own brand and connections then David Guetta can say he had at least 65-80% input into making it as an artist.

If that was me then I would say that it was my creation.

I wish our beloved friends Ax, Steve and Seb would grace us with some of their more emotional laden tracks like the ones from back in 2005...

I'm talking about 49 percent, Dreams and the Moby remixes from then. It seems like forever but only five years have passed...Today the SHM is more popular then ever and it's totally deserved I must add. But, we all know 'One' is a great track with brute force and totally convincing, I just miss the emotional element...

Surely some of you must agree
